In 1999 divers from Recife, located a piece of boiler Florida with a name engraved on it. From this name can be a search that led to positive identification of the wreck.

He returned to England, bought by the English government, because the need of ships generated by the First World War.
He started in Buenos Aires, with scale in Fernando de Noronha, when entered into a strong storm with high waves and sea bulk.
