Sunday March 4 2012 12:26:15 PM
Date: from Mar 4, 2012 to Mar 4, 2012
Dive trip description:
Large versions of everything and larger schools - Old Wife, Banded Sweep, Stripey, Striped Trumpeter
Swam all the way to rock - worth it.
blue Nudibranch, comb jellies, weird polyp colony
Learning more about diving. Craig chased Western Blue Groper out of cave.
Damn wrasses, so hard to ID
No huge ray Marie spoke of.
Big drop offs, caves, swim throughs, seagrass - lovely area.
Even under rock right in shallows - full of fish.
Far side of island had too much swell to be safe. Explored seagrass and sand on sheltered side.
Wavy Grubfish, hard to ID blennies
King George Whiting, Tarwhine, Gobbleguts, Striped Trumpeter
Different habitat, just as interesting.
